Robert Morgan

"I tell my students they will know they are getting somewhere when a scene is so painful they can barely bring themselves to write about it.  A writer has to draw blood."

Robert Morgan's first story was written in sixth grade and he has been writing ever since. He has taught writing in colleges and workshops throughout the South and Eastern United States and has won numerous literary prizes for his short stories, novels and poetry. Please join us this summer by reading one or all three of the books.  Call the library for more information or stop by to pick up a brochure which includes a complete list of his writings and a schedule for the discussions in September.

Book discussion time and place are:

September 22 @ 2 pm at Bliss Branch Library

September 26 @ 5:30 pm at Pellston Branch Library

September 28 at 3:30 pm  at the Main Branch
