Hands on Social Media Class
The Mackinaw City Library has just received a grant from the Northeastern Michigan Council of Governments to offer social media classes to the public, free of charge. Attend Classes in the Library about the most popular social media sites, how to keep yourself safe, and integrate your accounts. To accommodate computer users with different levels of experience, classes are offered at beginner and intermediate levels. Each level will cover the basics, sign-up, set-up, safety, privacy, and integration. The intermediate levels will simply cover these topics at a faster pace.
Registration required. Email Mary at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be prepared to answer questions about computer experience so the class can be designed around your needs. For more details, contact the Mackinaw Library 231-436-5451 or the Bliss Library 231-537-2927.
